Deuce skin

Control panel access is broken with this skin. When trying to access any feature in the control panel I get a fatal error php error in Deuce.php line 218: invalid or undefined variable or something along those lines. I commented out line 218 and 219 and then could get access. The skin is still not ready for regular use. Lists are still not formatted correctly, etc. Do not have time myself to contribute much, but the skin looks like it has potential. Looking forward to it being completed in the not too distant future.

I think this is a move in the right direction (for us). I like that many of the visual elements are less obtrusive without going all the way to spartan. I personally would remove a few more things though. For example the headers for Comments, Attachments, etc. should not show if there aren't any.

What I really hope for in the skinning department, whether from Deuce or something else, is the ability to change things without having to be a css/html wizard, and without worrying update everything wiped out on the next upgrade.
