Wik.is update Specs

Change the wik.is Pro to use Website Payments Pro so that a user can signup and not be required to have paypal.

Add a table to the front page that highlights features/benefits of Wik.is Free, Wik.is Pro, and Deki Wiki Hosted (being composed by Rion)

The Sign up page will have features/benefits on the Right side of the screen for upgrading.  At the bottom of the screen there are two buttons: Start your Free Deki Wiki or Start your Wik.is Pro.  If they click Start their Wik.is Pro their site will be created and they will be redirected to the wik.is Pro payment page with their wik.is account name in the field. 

Change the Go Pro to Upgrade on wik.is sites and on the main wik.is pages
