RTL

RTL is Right to Left support for the wiki.  This is beneficial for users that have Deki set to a native language that reads Rigth to Left like Hebrew. 

The first step that we need to take with this feature is support within the editor itself.  FCKeditor has a plugin for this that adds a button to the editor to switch the direction of the text from LTR to RTL. 

The next step is to change the UI to support RTL.  Not sure if the hierarchy will automatically support RTL becasue the editor does.
