Hi all,

This language file is modified from zh-cn file which is contributed by xiaoxuanzi.

Based on Taiwan custom wording, we reviewed zh-cn file and do some changes.

Also,  we crosschecked with original  resources.txt, found out some terms in resources.txt are not included in resources.zh-cn.txt, we have already added in resources.zh-tw.txt.
