Hosting Deki Wiki on a Dedicated Server

When you are hosting Deki Wiki VM on a Dedicated Server you need to follow the steps below to ensure it will be recognized by the network that the Dedicated server resides on.

1.  Get a Gloablly accessible IP from your hosting provider *You need to have two IPs, one is automatically created for your dedicated server when it is created, the second one is for Deki Wiki
2. Download and install VMware Server, this is critical as you need to run Deki Wiki as a Service otherwise Deki Wiki won't run when you log out of your Server. 
3. Install Deki Wiki and follow the instructions for assigning a static IP to Deki wiki using the second IP address that they gave you as the static IP
4. Verify that you can access Deki Wiki locally, once you have verified that access the IP address from a browser on your local computer
5. If you can't access the IP then there are a couple of troubleshooting tips:
   1. Verify that the IP address that they gave you is gloablly accessible
   2. Verify that you have the network settings correct when you configured the Network
   3. Make sure that they aren't blocking the MAC address for Deki Wiki.  You can find the Mac Address by right clicking on the vmx file and opening with notepad.  The ethernet0.generatedAddress is the mac address for the Deki Wiki.  Send this to your hosting provider and verify that they aren't blocking the mac.
