- provide a command line utility that converts the native format into pure plain text
- add the configuration for that utility to /etc/mwsearch.conf
- document what file extension is now handled by what utility and how that utility can be installed on DekiWiki

NOTE: this only applies to the Gooseberry release. We need to update it with info on how to add search filters for the Hayes release.
